Here is what you need:
-Pie crust (or be fancy and make one)
-Four eggs
-Cup of milk
-Pack of spinach
-Goat Cheese
Combine the eggs, milk, & spinach in a bowl. I used frozen spinach that I thawed on the stove (I like this way better because it is less watery). I used the whole package but it might have been a bit much. So a little less milk or spinach- your choice!
Fill up the pie crust. Note my over-fullness.
Sprinkle on the goat cheese.
While its baking, go look at how cute your dog is in his new bow tie and collar. Oh, wait, thats just me.
In about 45 minutes you have yummy quiche. I didn't time it- but just keep it in until when you jiggle the pan, the insides no longer jiggle- scientific right? Or, stick a toothpick in the middle like you would a cake- when it comes out clean, it's done.
Serve right away or heat up when you need it. Easy as pie...er quiche.
